What I already know about Isearch

My motivaion for writing about this topic is that it is interesting, and it happens to most peeople. Also I am at the age where I can start my journey on becoming independent. Becoming an independent person is quite important at least to me.

When we are becoming independent, technically aren't we still dependent on some things?
- What other things would we be dependent on?
When is a good or bad time to become independent?
What are some steps to begin this process?
- Do these steps have to be in any order, if so how?
Why exactly do people strive for this?
- What achievements do we get from this?

I know that to an extent we are dependent on some things like jobs and the people that gives us those jobs. We depend on other people to be there for us when things get rough, maybe just to talk. I think that during or after college would be a good time to become independent, by then you will have some experience. Any earlier and I think that you may have issues trying to make it out in the real world. But that is just my opinion. I think that depending on the person and how they are depends on how they want to begin this process. Some people may want to start it a different way, so I don't believe there needs to be an specific order.

  1. I think the word 'independent' is not strong enough to do all the work you want it to do--these questions need to be chunked down into subquestions. I assume you're talking about credit cards, checking accounts, apartment rentals, cars, insurance, jobs, relationships, medical care, etc, or some combination. More specific questions will work better than hammering on 'independent.'
